Original PS4 support Ultra 4k?

I bought a PS4 when it first came out but I don't use it much. Can it play Ultra 4k DVD movies? Also, just to show you how ignorant I am, is 4k the same as ultra 4k?

TL;DR: the answers gonna be no, but the ps4 pro will not either
as for the differences, ultra hd(4k) has only 3840x2160 pixels, while actual 4k has 4096 horizontal pixels. most tvs advertise real 4k but are actualy UHD

That post link is over 1 year old and we now know the PS4 Pro as its called cannot play 4K blu ray discs either.
