How is the game overall? In comparison to other Killzone titles, does it live up to it's name? How good does the game run and how great are the graphics? I definitely got to pick this one up when i got the money and / or the price drops.
The campaign is...a little weak. Perhaps I'm just more use to full console campaigns though. Still fun and engrossing. The multi-player needs some work. There are a lot of bugs and server problems. I'd say one out of three games I get into wind up going under on their own or something strange happens to me and I have have to force quit my way out. Mostly this odd thing when I get into the game and the countdown ends (to start the round) my screen just stays with the fuzzy grey noise and I can't move. I can see and hear everything around my through the haze (lol...haze) but they obviously can't see me. Hopefully some patches roll out soon. I did have a 1gig patch before I could even play...
I love the idea of changing the campaign so that every level can be done 4 different ways depending on what play styles you prefer. I'm even happier that this game design has been implemented into Shadowfall. Can't wait to stealth as much as I can through it.
Man, I wanna buy it, but I don't have the money and my connection is awful so I wouldn't be able to play online matches anyway. I got into the beta when I was at a friend's house since his connection is much better than mine and the damn thing was so addicting... urgh.
So after playing for awhile.... Ya the game is awesome. It's got the same problems as every FPS but it's the game the Vita needed to make a big mark in the shooter category. Hopefully more games will see how it's done and we can get more great shooters on the Vita!
