Please help me choose a TV

I want to buy a new TV for my PS5. I found this one
Here are some specs:

Is this TV OK? It is quite affordable and I am kinda low on cash

I was told a TV should also have HGIG, but this one doesn't. What difference does it make? Does it make a lot of difference to TVs with HGIG?
