I was planning to buy 12 months of PS Plus, and was wanting to make an American/Canadese account, as I saw that there are 12 month keys online for +- €27 (compared to €50 here in the Netherlands). I also want to gameshare with my brother, so he can play the game on my PS Plus account, is that a possibility?
