I recently bought my PS4 and works well, but the white LED does not light while the console is turned on and working.
When I turn on the PS4, the blue LED pulses, the console starts, works perfectly, but with white LED OFF. This is no good for me to know when the console is turned on or off after I turn off the tv.
Have updated to the newest firmware, I have already connected to other tv and other residences. I also tried with different power and HDMI cables.
The games run fine and the Standby LED orange is also OK.
Can anyone direct me to a solution?
