I only have perhaps 12 games with only 2 being ps5. I upgraded my internal storage with the WD 850sn 2TB device. Would it be ok to put them all on internal storage and not bother with an external storage for only the PS4?
Tsk in advance
It is recommended to keep PS4 games on the external drive, which means internal SSD, and upgraded SSD is for PS5 games. But, you CAN use the upgraded SSD for PS4 games. The thing is, the point of the SSD(s) is for loading large games fast. Some of those games also have Cross-Gen downloads, so THAT is recommended on the SSD, despite the recommendation of splitting PS4 and PS5 games via storage types.
