Bad news for gamers in the country Australia, as although it hasn't been officially confirmed it appears that PS4 and Xbox One games in the country could end up costing 37% percent more than in North America. This could mean that next gen games in Australia could cost up almost $80 which would be quite excessive for any game. Let's see what happens next.

We're used to it to be honest. As it is right now, new releases range from $89 to $99. There are some not so big games that come out for like $69 - $79. So I'm guessing next-gen game prices won't be much different from now.

Yeah Austalia is always getting the butt end of things when it comes to this, which really sucks for them. I mean I've heard from plenty of people how much it sucks and a bigger known person on the internet that I've seen gripe about it would be Yahtzee, though I do genuinely like his reviews even if their extravagent.
Though really sucks for people like Haze here who are actually used to paying $20-30 more than most other places, it shouldn't be that way. Also they usually get worse versions of games because they have to get censored.

This is true and once again disappointing. The australian market is expensive for consumer goods because australian employees are paid better than nearly all developed nations. Paid more, pay more.
