PS4 Controller, Does anybody know the name of the jack thats next to the 3.5 mm?

Does anybody know the name of the jack thats next to the 3.5mm jack on the PS4 controller? The one on the left? It says EXT on it.
I think its a headset jack?
If so can anyone recommend any good headsets for it?

Nah,its for the official charging station,the controller sits on top and charges that way.See pic below:

Oooooooooooooooh i feel so dumb. I just thought that i was missing out on good headsets. Thanks brother it makes a lot of sense now.
