PS4 network connection issues

Hello! I have had my PS4 for a little over a year now and it's recently been having some connection issues whenever I try to play battlefield 1 I have horrible lag to the point to where 99% of the enemies are teleporting left and right making gunfights whether or not I get lucky and kill them first, the issue is I tried battlefield on a different PS4 in my house and it ran perfectly fine so I can't figure out what the problem is the only difference between the two is that mine is the old one with the glossy cover and the other one i tested was one of the updated ones with the Matte finish on the top can some one please help me figure this out??

Saiyan, you've a connection speed issue. Your connection is too slow for MP sessions. Be sure to have at least 4Mbps available for your console.
