Ps4 slim hdd

Hi guys new here, recently bought a PS4 slim 500GB looking into changing the HDD. I had a Elite Xbox One with a 1TB SSHD and to be honest it was noisey I could hear it.

What options have I got without spending stupid ££££ just don't want a noisey HDD.

Sony will release the new OS firmware 4.50 soon and we will able to use external HDDs up to 8Tb. Maybe there will be no more need to change the internal HDD.

That is what I would wait for as well. I have been wanting to upgrade for a while as I keep having to delete old games to make way for new. This is the simplest and easiest option, just have to wait till the update comes.

Just keep in mind the release date hasn't been announced. Shouldn't be more than a couple months.
