PS4 update issues ver 1.62

Hi,
I am having problems with updating my PS4 from ver 1.52 to 1.62.
i have tried updating via- WiFi, LAN, USB, Initialising, factory Reset, Web Chat,etc

i'm in an Update LOOP.
every time i update, and restart, it asks me to update again.

Try downloading 1.61 and installing that one first. Then update.
