Ps5 won’t transfer ps4 saved game data

Hello ,

My ps5 refuses to transfer saved game data from my ps4 and won’t show saved game data is the ps cloud even after saved game data being saved to it

I’m desperate for some help

Only thing i can suggest is save it to an external hard drive off the PS4 and then plug the hard drive into the PS5 and it plays the PS4 games off the hard drive.
