Returning to Diablo 3

Hi,

I am a long time fan of the Diablo series. I purchased Diablo 3 on the release day and played it religiously for a while after release. But I quickly had serveral max level characters and the game felt stale so I left.

I have recently returned to the game after about a 7-8 month break and I am really enjoying it! There are so many new things such as the Paragon Levels and Monster Powers. Blizzard have done a fantastic job at making sure the game doesn't die off too quickly. I really am loving it and if you are someone who has tried the game but didn't enjoy around this time last year. Try it again!

What are your thoughts on the game?

P.S. I am a Demon Hunter, Paragon 8

I've heard of Diablo, and seen my brother play it. The game Torchlight II is very similar to the game. I'm in the same situation you were 8 months ago, I'm bored of it at the moment, and I don't even have all characters maxed out. I'm not interested in any game lately.

Tried it out at a friend's house because after hearing about the "always online feature" and the auction house, i kinda stepped back from the game.
And yeah, after playing it, i have to say, the amount of content comparing to the previous installment in the series is really bad.

Thank you for reminding me about the game which I stopped playing 6 months ago. At first, when the game was fairly new to me, I found it to be very fun since everything felt fresh. It was fun exploring dungeons and fighting hordes of monsters with my best friend. I believe that we were able to finish the game in about 10 days, and after that, we simply quit. Out of the blue, we stopped playing. We tried to come back a few months later, but we couldn't stand it anymore. It felt so old. I guess it's our fault because we played the game too fast, thus finishing it faster, and ultimately, losing its appeal.

I had fun Diablo 3, but I have to move on. Thanks for the great memories.
