RPGs?

So I have a DS, Wii, PS2, PS3, PSP and N64. I know, it's excessive. I love having access to tons of different games and (except for the PS3) bought all my systems once the price had dropped significantly.

Now I'm thinking of getting myself a 360 on boxing day to round out my collection - if there are some good deals. I know there are some games I've been itching to play (namely the Fable series, after the original Fable was the first game I ever played all the way through) but I can't use 3 games to justify buying a console. Xbox seems to have a lot of shooters - except for RPG shooters, I don't enjoy them at all. I play racing games but rarely, and Mario Kart is enough for me. Does the Xbox have a lot of good RPGs that are not available for the PS3? Feel free to throw titles at me. So far I know of Fable 2 & 3 - what else is out there that you would recommend?

I've read that Resonance of Fate is one of the best RPG games. I've seen it basically described as a superior version of Final Fantasy. Dark Souls, the sequel to Demon Souls, is another one you might like. One intriguing aspect of it is that it was created to be so difficult that players would be unable to finish it. How's that for a challenge?

Skyrim has been a pretty epic RPG so far, but it's not an xbox exclusive game. Still, I'd recommend looking into it anyway; it's currently my favorite.

I love Demon's Souls and am excited to play Dark Souls, but that is available for the PS3 so doesn't justify another console. I did love how difficult it was, and how it became more difficult every time you died. I believe Resonance of Fate is on PS3 as well but I could be wrong. Skyrim is on PS3 also, and I have that (and am quite into it!).

Anything that's NOT available on PS3?

Is the Kinect accessory, enough to make you buy the Xbox 360? It was enough for me. I am loving the dancing games, for the Kinect and my husband like Call of Duty.

I second Zenon's notion. There are a lot of games out there available on both Xbox 360 and PS3, but the Kinect really makes the 360 stand out. The dancing games are a lot of fun and GREAT exercise, too.
