I first time open the plate

but it looks like has some scratches on the disc drive，is it normal？

is it SONY Factory defects？or It was because I opened the side plate？




but Nothing happened to the side plate ，white and clean！！！


is it SONY‘s factory defects？
or because i opened the side plate？when i open i was so careful

Probably from Sony's accidents. Maybe a careless employee, or shipping bouncing around? As long as the console works, there's no need to worry. If you bought from store, you have 1 year to use the [Sony] warranty. Yes, the warranty works, I recently bought a PS4, and it was damaged somehow, but I got the console fixed via warranty.

Returning it to the retailer isn't gonna do anything. It's very difficult to find a PS5.

yeah～i think if ABS plastic side plate can scratch the iron metal disc drive like that. The side plate itself will also got the some scratches. But in fact,side plate was perfect. So I think it might be the SONY factory defects(manufacturing) due to ,what do u think,bro? What’s your opinion?
