Setup / Internet Question

Hi guys,

I live in a developing country that just doesn't have internet and likely won't for the foreseeable future. I'm heading on holiday soon and plan to pickup a ps4 and as many games as I can carry in my luggage, but I'm concerned about the setup. My question is- will I need internet access to setup the ps4, or install any of the games? Or can I just get it home, and play my games straight from the disc without any internet?

I've been unable to find a definite answer for this anywhere, so I'm hoping someone on here may be able to help.

No,you dont need interent connection. (correct me if Im wrong anyone)
Ofcourse if you never connect you wont be able to download any PS4 software updates or game updates,course in your case then it prob shouldnt matter.

If your games are on disc, you won't need any internet connection to install them and play. As Obe said though, all features depending on a connection will be absent.
