Share Play can't work

Hi everybody!

I have a very frustrating problem about Share Play. NOBODY can join me in Share Play, but I can join to anybody.

First of all, I would like to tell you my effort to solve this *** .

- My ISP = > Down: 123.94Mb/s / Up: 10.44Mb/s / Ping: 9ms
- Changed the router (and PS4) DNS adress to Google DNS (8.8.8.8 & 8.8.4.4)
- Changed the Display settings from full to automatic (i just read that, nothing special...)
- Using ethernet cable to connect to internet

And here comes the "funny" part of this story, namely my friend has THE SAME (speed and ISP also) internet connection and he CAN create and join Share Play succesfully.

What the heck is going on? Btw I never tried that (create share play) before, but I think it doesn't matter.

Please, if you have any suggestion, tell me!

Hi Lizard,

the Shareplay with PS4 should be a P2P connection, so there's no Sony Server involved.

Your connection seems to be fast enough to use it with no problems. I think it's your modem/router which has a wrong setting, such as activated DMZ or the NAT settings.

I have never used it so I can't help you any further
