This is one of those games i probaly wont buy. i didnt get the newest tomb raider and i was never interested in the series to begin with. If i was to start playing shoud i pick up the one just released on ps4?

So, Rise of the Tomb Raider is Xbox Exclusive now?

That is probably the best place to start right now. It is a reboot, so you don't have to know anything going in. Plus I think it is the best Tomb Raider game.
No it can;t be said about Sony as we already know that their first party and some third party exclusives are yet to come PC. Unlike Xbox, their exclusives are not timed exclusive deals.

First party exclusives don't go to PC, but the vast majority of third party games are "console exclusive" at best.
