Starting a group (Semi-Mature Please)

I'm looking to get a group of players for really any game, doesn't matter.

I'm looking for people who can act mature (for the most part) and just have some fun. This isn't a very serious clan or anything, just a group of people who want to play with a consistent group.

Requirments:
• Gotta have a mic
• Have similar games
• Be respectful
• Be able to observe a simple chain of command
