Hello, my name is TheUnholyPaladin. I have been involved in clans since 2007, and have a lot of experience in the field of leadership.
I am creating a clan for the PS4 release of Call of Duty: Ghosts. I am currently looking for gamers who would like to tryout to fill the open leadership positions. The number of leadership positions available varies based on the number of replies I receive. In other words, the more people who reply, the more leaders I will need. However, please bear in mind that replying DOES NOT GUARANTEE a leadership role. You'll have to earn it. Furthermore, your actual leadership ability is taken into account, not just your skill in the game. This clan will be a place where ranks are earned, not arbitrarily given out. These are the current leadership roles (subject to change, depending on number of interested people):
Clan Commanding Officer: TheUnholyPaladin (myself)
Clan Executive Officer: Available
Alpha Company Commander: TheUnholyPaladin
First Platoon Leader: TheUnholyPaldin
First Platoon Assistant: Available
Second Platoon Leader: Available
Second Platoon Assistant: Available
Third Platoon Leader: Available
Third Platoon Assistant: Available
* I will fulfill the leadership position of Alpha Company and First Platoon. I try to lead from the front.
* We will also need a solid core of Enlisted members. If you aren't chosen for the initial leadership roles, don't worry! You can earn a leadership position! You only have to show that you deserve it!
* I am also interested in creating European and Australian companies within the clan, so Euro and Aussie gamers, this offer is open to you!
The idea behind The Rogue Corps (name is subject to change, will be decided upon by everyone involved, meaning those who reply) is to offer an environment that will appeal to both the competitive and casual CoD player, while promoting respect, maturity, and dedication. To achieve this, the clan will be divided into companies, which, in turn, will be divided into 3-5 platoons, based on the number of members. Each platoon will be made up of around 10 members (8 enlisted, 1 platoon leader, 1 platoon assistant).
The clan will follow a military styled ranking structure, from Recruit to Lieutenant Colonel. Promotions will have to be earned, they will not be freely given out. The only exception to this will be when we assign the initial leaders. Their ranks will be adjusted to fit their position.
This clan will also take dedication. We will have practices (# of practices a week up to individual platoon leaders), clan matches, skirmishes, inter-platoon matches, and other events. This will not be a "do nothing" clan. It will be active. In regards to this, there will be a minimum activity requirement, both on the website (to be constructed), and in game activity.
The minimum age requirement for this clan will be 14 or older, to better ensure maturity from the members.
