Okay so sure there are games that are free to play on launch for the PS4. But so far there hasn't been a good discount or any discount at all on the console when it comes to people who have the PS Plus membership. That has changed because your first discount is going to be Tiny Brains. A game that I've heard better good things about. I'm sure more people were hoping for AAA discounts but those will probably come later.
