I am having a hard time transferring data from PS4 to PS5. I have successfully transferred games, but when it comes to saved game data, I cannot get it to transfer. All of the data appears to be stored on two different hard drive mediums (flash and ext HDD). When I go to the "Copy to Console Storage" on PS5, the message reads "your saved data will appear here", but it never appears. Again, 1 ext HDD and 1 flash drive with enough capacity, but neither will show saved game data. No PS Plus account, so thats not an option. THanks is advance.
