Unable to connect PSN please help

Holla guys. Just got my copy of ps4 today. Did all things perfectly I'm still not able to connect PSN. Please wait screen coming all the time.

Please help regarding this.

Nope. but it works perfectly on my other devices such as PC, Mobile .
