If you haven't purchased your PS4 games, Walmart has announced that they are selling sending out their Black Friday sales now. This means not only in-store but online sales, currently Walmart is the only retailer that sells PS4 titles that is doing this. It's pretty surprising since I didn't think any retailer had permission to offer just released games at a discount until Black Friday, but I might just take advantage of this since the news hasn't been wide spread. Walmart has also released a full list of the games that their offering.

Walmart and PS4 games sales

Winter is coming.

In all seriousness though, those... aren't really all that impressive. I mean it's just 25 bucks off if you buy 3 games. I was hoping for some amazing deals on the console itself, or maybe something like a 50% off.

I thought the same as well, as far as I know, Black Friday deals are and should be notoriously cheap. I think it's a little understandable, though, since these products are still very new.

I was planning on buying a couple of games anyways, i am happy with 25 bucks off then 3 full priced games.

I'm not surprised by the price, and while I'm hoping for better deals elsewhere it looks like these might be the best that you can get in retail stores. I might check out digital downloads to see what's going on there but I do know that there are people who will always prefer discs. We're so close to Black Friday so the real deals are coming.

I imagine it applies to North America and console sales, but I haven't seen many other Black Friday deals being posted unless their waiting for Thanksgiving officially to release the information. Other than that there is always Cyber Monday which is when I do all my game shopping. This year is more about PS3 games that I missed out on, but I'd check out the PS4 games just to see what they had on offer.

Cyber Monday is certainly a great day to buy games if you plan to stay home which I usually do. Though I do wonder what other sales Walmart has going on. I might check out their PS3 sales, there are plenty of games that I still have to check out on the console before the PS4 library gets stacked and I have more trying to get my attention.

I prefer to by games on Monday simply because the deals are better, and you don't have to deal with people. My mom got elbowed in the stomach on year, and I don't want to deal with that trauma. At home I can order my games and eat a hearty breakfast. All I want are some PS3 games though, I don't see any PS4 games that I really have to have on the list.

Eh, looks like Walmart isn't going to be that worth it then, better focus on other stores. Too bad that i won't be able to go hunting on monday because of reasons.

True, if you have to go retail then Walmart isn't a bad option for you. But I just prefer computers because you can avoid the public hassle though how bad Black Friday is really does depend on where you live and what people are like in that area. It's just not enough going on for PS4 owners to make the effort right now.
