Was Call of Duty: Ghosts MP a low for the series?

Hello,

Does anyone feel like CoD Ghosts Multiplayer was a low for the series? I've always liked most MP for the CoD games e.g. CoD4 --> MW3 and Black Ops 2 was a bit boring and I had issues but I still sank a fair amount of time into the series and even got to prestige 7 with it.

However within CoD ghosts I was bored within a few weeks and I never really enjoyed the game as much as I did, I got to prestige 5 out of 10 but I never really liked the game and I felt it was a low for the series. I never invested time with the other stuff like Squads and I really disliked a lot of the online meta game which is what really attracts me too CoD.

I enjoyed the Campaign quite a lot and was therefore disappointed to see how the Multiplayer functioned.

Anyone else with similar thoughts?

Yep.
I max prestiged in MW3,Black Ops and Black Ops 2 but I didnt even get as far you with Ghosts,I only prestiged once.
Hardly ever play it.

Hoping AW will bring back that old 'gotta keep leveling up' feeling...lol
Plus the fact that more of my PSN friends and clan members have a PS4 now should make it more fun too.
Lets face it,to those that know,playing in party either with PSN friends or with clan mates makes it much more fun and keeps you going too.

Yep.
