Can anyone tell me that watch dog online playing as invader, car race, etc. is it playstation plus needed to be able to play it on PS4?????

For online you will need PS+ for most games unless they are free to play. So yes you will need PS+ for watch dogs. You can sign up for a free trial. I think it's good for 15 days
