What is the one piece of advice you'd give Nintendo moving forward?

I've heard some folks say that people don't want Nintendo to fail, but they do want them to step up their game. So if you had the ability to talk to the TPTB what one piece of advice would you give them as the console wars continue? I personally would tell them not to stress over the small stuff - even if it's especially vocal. People say they hate it or have no use for the Wii or 3DS, but many of the same have actually bought one - that's money in the bank even if it's left to mostly gather dust. So yeah. What about you?

I really think they should just go 3rd party. Apparently that's heresy, but whatever.

I just don't see why I should buy a separate console for games from just one company, even if I do like their games and wish more companies would make them. I think they should focus their attention on software and not hardware.

But that's just what would benefit me and not the company itself, so eh
