What is your ISP?

My isp is Time Warner, and I hate it a lot. They promise high download speeds and upload speeds but they never do. I'm thinking about switching isp to verizon.
I heard Cox is great in spots where they are, I wish they were here in NY. What is your isp? Are you satisfied?

Verizon FIOS. Satisfied. Good speed, rarely lose connection, and their customer support is strong as well. My only small complaint is that they are very persistent about you using your Verizon email account. I have gmail so I don't need to use it. But they always send me stuff in the mail, or through email about using it. Maybe I will. One day.

ATnT, and it's horrible. I'm advertised speeds of 12 mbit/s, but I usually get half of that. False advertising in my eyes. Furthermore, our ATnT router doesn't even reach all of our house, and we can't change it.

How fast are your speeds? Currently with TWC using speedtest, I get 1up and 15down. I know, it's pretty horrible. How fast are your speeds and how much do you pay per month?

I am in Australia and our Internet is known for being way below the rest of the world. I am practically next to the exchange with a company called 'Spintel'... we get unlimited usage, average of about 19mbit/s download and 1mbit/s upload. We pay $80 a month. We really utilise it though, last month we downloaded 2.6TB of data!

In 2 months my area will be one of the first in Australia to get 100mbit/s download and 40mbit/s upload though. Will be interesting to finally get those speeds!

Wow! That's pretty fast. Is it there a new ISP in your area or what? Which company, and how much will you pay per month?
When you finally get it in 2 months, hopefully you'll still be here so you can show me your speeds, and get me jealous!
