Where to post error codes?

This is the correct Forum. What error codes do you get?
Just to share some info on error codes.
I had been getting error code E-801809A8 ever since i noticed a spring was loose in my blue-ray drive. Fixed that and now I am getting the CE-35888-2 error code. The blue ray drive and mother board/daughter drive have never been replaced they are all original parts from when i bought the ps4. I can play blurays and disc games no problem but when i try the 5.0 update this error comes up when the system tries to reboot after installing the update. I have been told that in the update there is also a bluray firmware update. Not quite sure why this is stopping the update from happening (neither does ps-usa).
Waiting for a patch now I guess.
