Who has done Grounded Mode?

Anyone here completed Grounded Mode yet? I'm in the middle of this mode and so far it's god hard. Can anyone give me some tips on this? The enemies are impossible with their god like senses. How slow do I actually have to crawl in order for them not to hear me?

I've never played it like that, and I'll probably never will. ahaha I always beat my games at medium difficulty and thats it, but I wish you good luck, you're going to need it!

I agree with mauricoq. I only play medium mode. No use playing the same thing over again.
