Why can't they make new games?

Why can't these video game companies make new games? All they are doing is remaking the same game over and over again. I love playing video games, but it has been getting boring. Try something new! We don't need another Modern Warfare, or God of War.

There are new games coming out, the thing is... Most developers were currently working on "x" game, when PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S were announced (or told to them by Sony/Microsoft before announcements).

Capcom is coming out with Pragmata.
WB Games is coming out with Hogwarts Legacy.
Bethesda is coming out with Deathloop.
Mikami's new game is Ghostwire: Tokyo.
Square Enix is coming out with Project Athia.
