will the playstation4 have video conferencing capabilities?

It doesn't seem like it will be a big deal but maybe in the future if it's in high demand. I mean, can't you do it already? Chat with 4 or so people via webcam and microphone?

There's only one way that would work, if they took cues from Nintendo and created their own streaming service using the eye. Because now that Microsoft owns Skype, there is no way that they would allow Sony to use the service on the PS4. I would love to see video conferencing on the PS4 but they would need to create space on their servers to accommodate things.
Yea brah they could afford to do anything we want because they get 15dollars a month from anyone who wants to get online. We need to create a petition website or something. We want a ventrilo like chat server also a seperate software or even integrated with vent that alows the players to meet each other face to face. Something that looks like stickcam. They could make a game out of it too because of the camera and light sink

I would like to see video conferencing but yeah they would have to create their own original service like Nintendo did. The only option right now is Skype but Microsoft would never let Sony use it since, Microsoft now owns it. They'd have to really prepare their servers and test the app, but I see no reason why they couldn't. It would be a great feature.
