Xbox Family Packs becoming individual accounts beginning Aug. 27 | Polygon
Microsoft are continuing to make changes in preparation for their upcoming system the Xbox One. It appears that Xbox Live Family Packs will become individual accounts beginning August 27th. In addition to this, family pack members will receive an additional 3 months of Gold membership. The downside of this transition is that gamers will no longer have the option of allocating points between users of the account.
