Xbox One Kinect reportedly 10x more powerful than current model | Attack of the Fanboy

Many gamers weren't too fond of Kinect on the Xbox 360 as most seen it as nothing more than a gimmick that also seemed to malfunction in many situations. Now it has mostly been regulated to voice recognition software. Microsoft hopes to change that with the Kinect 2.0, which is said to cost almost as much as the price of making an Xbox One. According to Rare, developer of Kinect Sports, Kinect 2.0 is 10 times more powerful than the current model of Kinect.

Great. So it's more powerful... is it more accurate as well? Does it need as large a place for setup? How precise is it? Those are the questions I have to ask not whether or not it has more ram or can compute faster. Also I have to wonder if the games are there for this. One of the big issues for prior games were that they either sucked or they simply weren't good enough. That is to say previously the Kinect was just an afterthought. Is it better now or what? That's why I'm waiting for reviews and such regarding this system.
