For me it's Wolverine, he's a no-nonsense guy who gets things done whatever is necessary.
Badass claws and adamantium bones? How can you not love that?

I also kind of like Iron Man and Batman but their only real superpower is vast amounts of money to buy the suits....

I'll go with Iron Man, although admittedly not really for the storyline or character itself exactly. I just like the suits and I think they look great, especially as it was adapted into a more realistic structure and environment, it really brought out the glory of the suit.

I think it may be obvious but... Superman :D Second would be The Phantom then Iron Man.

I never really cared about Thor, with him being a god in Norse mythology and all. But ever since I watched the Thor movie, I've been a fan ever since. Though he's a god, he's cool. He was cocky at the beginning but gradually changed his ways and became someone worthy of praise. Besides, he can fly and wields a hammer and has super strength too. I wonder if Superman could even lift his hammer. Hmmm.

For me, it is Iron Man! Since I have kids, I always dreamed of having his armor!
I imagined the armor in other colors, but I always dreamed of having.

I listened the emissions going on TV when I was young. Then the last movie was absolutely amazing!

I'm going to pick a different "Superhero" just so that I can add a different POV to the conversation. I'm going to go with Kickass and Hitgirl since the second movie is going to come out and the comics are amazing.

Essentially, the writer took normal people and put them into the "Superhero" gig. Its really good reading for people who enjoyed the movie since there are some differences and the comic gives you a chance to see the amazing journey of a kid turned costumed vigilante. The problem with this particular series (its not really a problem its more of a truth) is that you can't really share this with your kids.

The violence, gore and sexual nature of it is something that you really need to be older to process properly. Superman, batman and heroes like that, if my kid is 12 they will get that they are super heroes fighting super villians. I don't think a 12 year old would get why a 12 year old girl has been trained to basically be a murdering machine.
