Youtube app not working?

My brothers Youtube app isn't working. It'll let him sign in, but it won't let him browse or watch videos at all. His games and everything else work fine so it isn't the console or the controller. Is anyone else having this problem?

I don't use the YouTube app very often. Sometimes I have other apps don't work (mostly Netflix from time to time, lol). The only thing I can think of is there is an issue with the app itself. Some troubleshooting you can do is:

1) check your network connection. It is very possible that your internet is down or there is a PSN issue.
2) you can not open it for a day and check back in a day or so and see if it is an issue on YouTube's end that they had to fix. This happens with Netflix for me from time to time.
3) If the app is truly effed, you can uninstall the app and reinstall the app
4) Use a computer for all your YouTubing
