VAN-guard hack how to?

OK so I feel like a bit of an idiot but can someone please explain to me how to hack the damn VAN-guard capsules. Lol. It's kind of hard to just figure it out with people shooting at you.

I'd also like to know lol. I try to figure it out but also get shot before I can figure it out!

EDIT: Apparently I found this answer around the web:

The solution is simple but not very intuitive.

You have to pick the two "Cipher Keys" that make up the one in the middle, in the example above, these are keys C & F. What isn't very clear is how you pick them. You need to tap one of the keys, tap the middle symbol, then tap the other key and again the middle symbol.

So basically is a puzzle with too much pieces that you can't rotate. Definitely something to keep in mind when getting this game.

Yeah, Haze's explanation is right. It's not very intuitive, but once you get the hang of it it becomes pretty easy. It's very simple anyway. They just need to explain it better or make it more obvious.
