Hey all. I'm currently on the fence as to whether to get a PS4 or an XBOXONE (please don't hate me), so I'm hoping that this forum will help me with my decision. Typically I've been more of a Microsoft person (again, please don't hate me) but I'd like to know everything about both consoles before making a decision.

If may ask, what changed your mind this year? At first with the DRM debacle I was thinking more "screw Microsoft" more than "yay PS3!" They did get that fixed though so I'm not sure what will be persuading me.

Well, I had started disliking Xbox before the end of last year. Just their ignorance and arrogance turns me off - "We will crush Sony at E3", "We have a product for people who can't get online, it's called Xbox 360" . And yes, a huge part was the announcement of the Xbox One and all of those policies. Then they turn them around but honestly, who can trust them? I can't. And just because they turned their policies around doesn't mean they won't implement them in the future. They are purely in it for the money. I know Sony are out to make money too, but like somebody else said in another thread recently, they have the gamers interest at heart. Just my two cents

The trust thing is definitely a concern of mine. The eye tracker thing scares me but at the same time I really don't feel like I can trust any company or government at this point! Especially after all this NSA stuff! Call me paranoid but the idea that they know where I'm looking scares me.
