How do you feel about PSN after these attacks?

So as we all know, PSN was hacked AGAIN. My estimation is that no one is going to want to use their credit cards on the network anymore. I know I won't be taking that risk a third time! What about you? Will you switch to PSN cards exclusively, keep using your card, or stop using PSN altogether? Personally I'm having nothing to do with it until they show some stability. I think they should enable payment via Paypal - that would make me feel much more secure and is more convenient.

It has definitely made me think twice about buying games on the network. Actually, I haven't ever since that happened. I buy everything at the store or online. I agree with you that Paypal would be an option I would consider using. I'd feel more comfortable with it.

Well it's a great service and I've always been impressed with it. I think the attacks is not entirely Sony's fault, I guess they simply were not as prepared as they should have been when they occurred.

Hackers are getting better and more sophisticated every day. Playstation just needs to update their software and counter programming to block and stave off these attacks. There's really nothing they can do to stop them entirely.

Theres no stopping these hackers anyway. If they find something good to stop them hackers will definitely find a way to get in again.

I have been careful with my purchases not just on PSN but also on some other online stores and other stuff. I just use paypal rather than my credit card I think its the safest way I know and they do tend to issues quickly. So there wont be any problem when you lose a dollar on your account or something. They will get to it and as long as you give the full details you will get your money back.

A determined hacker with knowledge will be able to get into any system, so it comes as no surprise that Playstation has been hacked again.
As for buying stuff off the network it won't stop me but since the last attack I haven't stored my details on there I just use the cards.

If they keep giving us free games I don't mind it... lol
I think I don't have anything to lose with this attacks so I don't mind them. Whith this I've learnt that I don't have to put my CC account or these things but anyway, I prefer to buy physical games :)

I prefer to buy physical games :)

Me too. so the whole free games thing (well actually they aren't really free are they) doesn't appeal to me. I'm looking forward to grabbing a PS4 and getting PSN (this will be my first) but 'll be using a card from Amazon so I can keep my CC to myself :D

(well actually they aren't really free are they)
Yes they were. You didnt have to have to have PS Plus,Sony allowed all PSN users to download 2 for free.
And if you had another account (as long as you had it before the attack) you can download another 2 diff ones.
