What are everyone's thoughts so far on how this runs?

I played for hours last night trying the 'join random job' button over and over. the problem is a lot of the time it seems to drop me into peoples private games so I get kicked as soon as I get in there. Sometimes I would jump into a mission lobby just to have the host leave, or for the mission to start only to be told that someone has left so there weren't enough people to play the mission so I get sent right back to freemode.
With the loading times it took hours to find a game that I could actually start.
I like the new creator mode but every lobby I enter seems to be full of people who are only interested in freemode so nobody joins my races all that often.

Its not like that every night, sometimes I join random job and get put in a good race or mission. I just think the lobby system needs tweaking a bit, maybe when you first join online you can choose to join a lobby based on how you want to play. So there might be a lobby for people who like playing freemode for hours, another for people who want to find people to race, etc.

GTA V online is so fun to play. You just want to make sure you make money quickly so you can purchase a car, garage, and apartment. Online is especially fun when you play with people you know. Just watch out for higher level members cause they'll most likely dominate you!

Are you still having problems with GTA Online? Ever since those first server problems, things have been running super smoothly for me. I still pick it up on the weekends, it's very addicting.

Thankfully the servers have been fixed, but ever since the community still kind of sucks. Assholes camping the houses, screwing around etc... And it doesn't help that passive mode costs $100 and you can't do anything in it.

They took that out I'm sure.

I've had nothing but smooth sailing apart from the launch issues.

I think I'm in the minority here, but I really did not like GTA Online. Part of it has to do with the community, but I just find it pretty boring honestly.

I agree with you. It was fun at first, but then more people joined, and then they became dicks.
