Do you think a Grand Theft Auto V release for PS4 would be feasible?

I see them just starting on a new game. On that note, I think there will be two GTAs on PS4 at least (the exception was PS2 which had five GTA games). What combination do you see for the GTA games? Direct sequels? Sequel and prequel?

Releasing it for PS4 would be a great marketing tactic. There a lot of gamers out there playing on PS4s and who would buy the game

I believe it would be plausible to make GTAV for PS4 due to the simple fact that the game is huge and on ps3 it looks great. Rockstar seems to be a bit busy lately too and that can only mean they're working on the PS4 version. Why wouldn't they? Imagine how much more beautiful it would look and how much more you can do!

I'd like another prequel this time and the hopeful GTA (city) Stories port. I'm hoping for San Andreas Stories, Vice City Stories really gave VC more to do and the whole territory management part was something I would've loved to have seen in the original VC.

I'd much sooner guess that they release it for the Vita than the PS4 to be honest, much like GTA games being released on PSP back then. What I'm hoping for, however, is that they just make all games available online for digital download in the future, since I'm assuming PS4 can handle pretty much all those games and they would make a lot of money from doing this.

I'd like to see all the GTA's on the PS4 since they've it before but it has been mentioned before that it's highly unlikely that we'll see GTA V on the PS4 for a long time. I'm definitely thinking that we'll have to wait for at least 2 years before it happens. As for the Vita, there is a chance that that could happen since there is no expectation that GTA Online would be available.

With Vita I can see San Andreas getting there and maybe a few Stories games which would make it to PS4 later.

Yeah. As much as we'd like to see GTA V on the PS4, I'm pretty sure that we'll see it on the Vita first before it ever comes to the PS4. There are just too many logistics that Rockstar will have to consider. Although I would like to see a few more releases on the Vita just to pump it up a bit.

Who knows for sure,I guess it depends how long it would take to port it.
When ever they say 'no comment' or 'no news at this time' makes me think they are in the process of doing it or havent ruled it out,otherwise they would surely say 'no defo not'.
But I would be suprised if they do port this over,Im sure they have plans for other games and a diff GTA for PS4 in the future....and HOPEFULLY a RDR game too.

Yes I agree. I also wonder if they might consider doing a console exclusive .. allowing Sony and Microsoft to battle it out for exclusive rights to next-gen. Who knows right now? All I know is that GTA is a great game, and it can only be a matter of time before we see it on next-gen.

Oh there will be GTA in this generation of consoles and there will be at least two. I still see GTA V coming more towards the middle of PS4's run to PSN with nothing done to it. It will just be there.

I recently read an article that talked about an interview that Lazlow Jones did on Opie & Anthony where he hinted that Rockstar was working on porting GTA V to the PS4 and Xbox One. It seems like it might come out sooner than we all think and that really surprised me because I didn't think we'd see that for at least 2 years.

I actually listened to the clip on youtube though I'm not sure what article you're talking about. But I listen to O&A so I heard this during the show. And yeah it did seem like Lazlow was heavily suggesting that their working on a port. Though I'm surprised that it wasn't more widely reported.

I would wait til I see reviews and see how much better it looks,and if anything extra/new was added.

I think it wasn't more widely reported because expectations would get high--not that this has ever stopped publication from running with sound bits and so on. Plus working on a port doesn't mean they decided to drop all other projects they're probably working on to do the port.

True, that and Opie and Anthony haven't gotten that much attention since they've move statellite permanently. I'm not sure why but they haven't done that well for a while. Still it's not surprising that they would be, and I'm still thinking that maybe later this year we'll hear an announcment about it.
