So my TV is Hd-Ready samsung tv, about 6 years old... Lcd screen, 1 Hdmi...

My xbox360 works without any trouble, and the Ps4 works on the full hd tv I havr in my living room, but its my familys tv so cant olay there for more then 1 hour :/

Basicly the screen is black, some white lines popping up ... And if I remove cable and put it back in the screen comes on for about 1 sec then black again... And if I connect my game capture I can see the ps4 on the game capture program...but still nothing on my tv... Tried all diffrent resolutions, even tried the hold power button to go to the system setting thing where it should change the res...nothing... :/

Please help

Have you reconnect your xbox to see if it still works as before? Might be that your hdmi port is broken. Use the same cable on different devices and see how it goes. If everything works except your PS4 then it's possible that your t.v is incompatible with your PS4. Another one would be maybe your hdmi cable version is too old, what version is your hdmi? Try using a v1.3 or higher cable.

Does your TV have a usb slot? If so go check Samsung's site and see if there is an update for your TV.

What sort of TV do you have?

Its a samsung type no: LE40B535

There isn't any known issues for the tv itself. A number of people gave been complaining that the PS4 won't work on their HDTV, purely because it's a budget/unknown brand tv, but as yours is the samsung then we know that's not the case.

There seems to be an issue with this tv and the PS3 slim though. There are a couple of possible solutions that could work for you, including just buying a new HDMI cable.

Take a look what was said on the official Playstation forum. http://community.eu.playstation.com...-signal-quot-with-HDMI-connected/td-p/9857892

Is the tv maybe only 720p? Could be that the ps4 is only putting out a 1080p video?

that wont matter... my plasma that i bought to game on my ps3 is only 720p and it works just fine w my ps4. the main reason i bought a 720p tv was because i only got a 43" and only sit about 8' away. plus the ps3 and all games were 720 native upscaled to 1080 and you lose some detail during the upscaling.
