GAMESCOM: DualShock 4 will also be available in Magma Red and Wave Blue!

Sony have revealed that the DualShock 4 will be available in two more colours - Magma Red and Wave Blue.

Wave Blue:

Magma Red

As for prices, Europe €59/£54 - US/NA $59.

I love the look of the Wave Blue. Would absolutely love that one. Not too fond of the Magma Red though, but that's just me.

Will you guys be grabbing a coloured controller? Or will we be sticking with the default DualShock 4?

Blue all the way. It's my favorite color and I love how its the same matching color as the LED. Call me petty, but I would have gotten the Red one if the LED was Red, too. Here's to hoping for console color variations too.

Yeah, I'm definitely going to pick up a blue controller as it is my favorite color as well. The thing I'm really hoping is that the controller that comes with the PlayStation 4 last a long time, as the initial controller that came with my PlayStation 3 died after about only 2 years of use. So I'm hoping the PS4 controller doesn't have any major issues when it comes to it's battery.

Looks surprisingly good, especially the blue one. Having more options is always nice, and when it comes to aesthetics I think that the DualShock 4 is much better than the Xbox One pad.

These look good, but I just want a regular black dualshock, I don't like controller with brighter collors such as these. Also kinda wish they didn't look so... plain.

The second I read this title, I was so excited. I love different colors instead of the generic black or white controllers. The Magma and Wave makes the controller even sound and look better when you read it. Was not disappointed once I saw these pictures, these look absolutely amazing! I'm going to have to choose Magma Red because there are two colors, the blue LED light, and the original red color on the controller. The Blue Wave unfortunately doesn't have a red LED light, if it did though, that would be my choice.

There is one big option to colored controllers. Keeps the kiddies from fighting over which one is theirs. Especially with 4 player splitscreen games like Minecraft. I am in for 2 thank you.

A very late reply but so far there is no word on a release date for these controllers. Darn shame too because I really want the blue one.

I always bought black controllers (except in the PS1 era, of course) since they disguise the wear and dirt a lot better, but I'm thinking of getting one of those blue ones. Looks very cool.
