Watch Dogs

It gives HD Quality but only up to 30 fps not 60.

Plus rendering takes a toll. The only true way to give a realistic showing would be to have videos done outside youtube or the actual game broadcasted to a live audience.

Ahh I understand what you mean. So, having it on Twitch would be okay?

Twitch streams tend to be somewhat hit or miss. Often miss because internet connection plays a huge role in live streaming and even some of the best wired internet connections have poor results. Often many Youtubers do live streams via twitch and the twitch streams often look worse than a typical HD youtube video.

So is there any way to do this over the internet, or did you mean broadcast to a live audience, as in, people who are sitting beside you?

I'm sure it can be done over the internet but I guess it would have to have powerful connection and supported on a very high end PC or even server build. I did actually mean like studio audience or something like that e.g. you're in a building and you're being shown it from within the studio, like going to see a movie.

However this is where ethics comes into it because according to some sources on youtube Watch Dogs E3 2012 was shown and it was run on top of the line 2 $500 graphics cards and therefore while acheiving that quality is possible on PC, it isn't on any console. I mean this is just from two videos I was watching and one of them mentioned the graphics cards so I can't confirm this.

Overall though I think Watch Dogs will look great on next-gen consoles.

The thing is right, gameplay WILL NEVER be shown to its true potential through youtube. I'm sorry it won't unless youtube update their rendering capabilities.

Personally I've just pre-ordered the PS4 version of Watch Dogs.

Gameplay can be shown to its true potential, the thing with YouTube is just on the back of the graphics of the game.

That aside, I don't think there's going to be much different action-wise. Driving, shooting, hacking, chase down mission, escape missions, follow but don't get spotted missions, probably some dead drop retrieval missions, stuff that wouldn't that far outside of driving, shooting, and hacking.

yah and thats a bummer.

I was expecting much more diverse gameplay from Watch Dogs but I'm pretty dissapointed. I hope the campaign mode is long and decent to keep me busy.

Thanks for the link don. So there's some things to do, but not a lot. I guess it's something. I wonder how the spider thing plays out.
I'm actually really interested in the multiplayer. MP wasn't even something I considered for WD. The modes actually look fun and tense.

I'm actually pretty excited about this game. It's been in development for God knows how long now and the hype it generated better be worth the delays. I just hope it doesn't turn out to be an Assassin's Creed game dressed differently.

Yes, i am also excited playing it i had been waiting for a long time, finally today it's been released and i will have soon this game i saw Aiden Pearce i liked it so much and it's costume is so cool, i am also interested in Aiden Pearce costume and i have seen it on facebook page,

Actually I dont plan on getting Watchdogs, not on day one anyway, perhaps at a later date when I can get it cheaper.
I do plan on getting Wolfenstein and The Last of Us though ASAP.

I am ALL OVER the last of us! From what a guy at Gamestop said, it's been compared to Uncharted. How you feel about Uncharted (gameplay, graphics, missions, etc...) is how you will feel about this game. That means it's on my BUY list for certain!

Also, Watchdogs for me has been a great game. It's slightly Far Cry-esque in the terms of open world, lots of side missions to do, collections, etc...even has towers to infiltrate! I see myself spending a VERY long time doing the campaign, because I'd rather do the other stuff. I hate being told what to do, lol.

I picked this game up at Target yesterday. Their cartwheel coupon app has a %10 off coupon FYI. Its good until 5/31 too.

So I get home, open the case, and find that I am the lucky recipient of a defective disc. It has a nasty looking blemish on the inside of the disc. Took it back and got a new one, and finally was able to play.

First observations.

-The controls are clunky and annoying. Especially after playing Infamous second son or GTA5.

-Driving is unrealistic, and almost feels like there is some input lag because the cars don't seem to react at first. Anyone else notice this?

-The hacking it neat. Especially when you are chasing someone, they get far away, and you blow something up to stop them. I like that.

-This game looks good. Not even close to Infamous second son, but its better than any of other PS4 release so far.

Overall I am a little disappointed with the games mechanics, but the story and play through are fun.

Interesting to read. I wonder if it was true that they were running it on tech far beyond what was possible on a console? Also, if they were doing it while presenting it as console quality builds? I mean, if it was just Ubisoft showing off their new game then it's acceptable, since they're not making any claims, just showing that there's a new game coming.

There seems to be some issues to be honest.
Some of the glitches are so annoying at times and to be honest, the online issues can be really annoying.
Hoping this gets fixed sometime soon.

The online issues are so bad for me that I've decided to stop playing online until they will release an update. All of the little glitches are just too annoying, I can't enjoy the game with them. Hopefully they get fixed soon, but I still have a lot of single-player things too complete so I don't mind too much.

Really like watch dog the game is on point...but I have a problem with its autosave..it gets corrupted easily...why?

Watch Dogs is not the only game that randomly causes such problems. If you are dealing with a corrupted file you can't do anything but prevent it by uploading all your save files to the PSN could, right after every gaming session. If you don't want to do it manually, just enable this function while your PS4 is put on sleep mode. :)
