uPlay watchdogs

This is driving me around the bend and lead me to sign up to this forum. Hope someone can help me...

I signed up to uPlay through watchdogs but I can't remember entering a password. Now I'm trying to use the app on my smartphone and it's asking me for my password. No idea. Go onto the website and forgotten pass and says no such email address I'm using it through watchdogs fine. What the hell

but then how would I sync that with my ps4?

Go to WD, sign out and sign in to uPlay using the new account I think

Fire up WD, Uplay tab and that loads up and then its as if your stuck there. No mention of my account or anything just O for back and L1
