Prestige problem

so im now ready to go prestige 3.problem being i bought 7 soldiers.when i had the points.now all soldiers are stuck on prestige 2.is there any way around this.

They aren't as soon as you prestige they'll all become prestige 3 and then when you prestige they'll all become prestige 4 and so on until your last character is prestige 10.

but i see no option to prestige?

It prestiges automatically, just go onto KIM.

I have dude and it starts ranking up as second prestige.instead of 3rd.i also now deleted the game data for a new install and none of my map packs and dlc are showing that i purchased them.
none of the dlc is transferred from ps3 i bought it all on ps4.and im not premium so have spent a good bit.the game is doing my head in.

This doesn't make sense. I think you thought you were 3rd prestige, but you were really only second. Unless your stats were reset or something.

you are completely correct.im a noob at this game and just totally didn't get the prestige system.my bad.

lol, I did the same thing today for a moment. I wondered why I didn't have my gold knife and realised I was prestige four, working towards prestige 5. The whole character things makes it look confusing.
