What's missing in Watch Dogs?

I wonder what would you add to Watch Dogs to make it even a better game that it is now?
Is it just better graphics the game certainly deserves or a better game scenario? What would be the most desired improvement in Watch Dogs 2?

Personally, I'd be happy to see a more vivid main character and more cosistent choices he makes. When Aiden tries to scan and stop a criminal the reward should be given for preventing him from committing a crime not for eliminating the criminal when the victim bleeds and dies.

Also, playing a good guy it would be nice to gain reputation by supporting citizens in need, not only by skipping to hack their poor bank accounts.

Pretty much this. I mean, it's amazing quite how much you can hack but at the same time I want to be able to hack the entire thing. Which is of course impossible I know, but a girl can dream!

A decent story. Originality. A better world; Chicago is poorly re-created and represented in my opinion as well.

But really I just find the game too repetitive. I was hoping it would be different than Assassin's Creed--a franchise I have never enjoyed--but it is ultimately the same game. You find a tower, access it, it unlocks that area of the map thereby revealing key locations. You do those locations and 100% the area. Repeat.
