The Last of Us is Coming to PlayStation 4

Yeah I'm really considering watching their play through again even though I've watched it twice already I think. I think I'll pick it up if I can manage to get it at a decent price. Don't want to be paying a ton for it, you know?

I suppose so. If I were you in that position that I don't own the game I'd pay full price for it but you have watched a play through so that might lower the value of it for you. Would take a while for the PS4 version to decrease in value, maybe look into the PS3 version?

You should really get it if you haven't played it before. Watching a playthrough is an entirely different experience than playing the game yourself. Sure, the story may have spoiled for you but this game isn't just about the story. The gameplay is also a part of why this game is so highly acclaimed.

whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

Seriously why.

It always came out.. in HD..

There really isn't a reason for this unless you are an idiot who sold their PS3 before the game came out..

I had it for ps3 but didn't get all that far. I got my ps4 on tlou remastered release day and figured I'd grab it for the $25 (with trade in of ps3 version) and actualy play it this time. Is there a major game changing graphical improvement? No there is not if you ask me. Buildings Are about the only thing I can tell that look better.
to be honest though. I'm having much more fun so far on this play through then I did on ps3...
I think I'll be finishing it this time around :)

This is a game I wanted to try and get with my PS4 bundle, but nobody seemed to do it. I will certainly pick it up though, just heard so many good things about it and cant wait to play it.

I have not played each version but I have had Youtube video in 1080p right next to my ps3 in 720p with the 1080p being on a 62 inch screen and the 720p being on a 46 inch screen and the game looks and plays nearly identical. The only thing I noticed was the colors actually looked better on the PS3 version but that could have very well been because the 62 was a LED and the 46 inch was LCD display or the Youtube video could not have been as good.

I do believe the general consensus is that it is not worth the upgrade if you have played it on the PS3 but worth every penny if you have never played it.

It could just me your frame of mind when playing also. I am having a lot of fun with a game called State of Decay on Steam which I hated when I had played it a year ago or so and now I have had a ton of fun.
