Ok I downloaded the app and uploaded "shooter" to one of my settings but its still not working. Maybe it doesn't work with Metro?

Yeah I let it charge for over 3 hours just like it says. When I turn it on, you can hear that the headphones work but when you're using them for the game. No sound comes out

When it doesn't work, do you get a pop up on the screen saying your headphones have been enabled, or does sound come out of the tv instead of the headphones?

It may be you need to change your default output to headphones in settings.

Got it! That's exactly what I needed to do thanks!

Now do I have to change that every time I play something?

Nah, you should be good. When you turn off your headphones, it goes back to normal sound from your tv.
