no messages can be sent on ps4

can anybody help with.im not able to send messages for the last month on my ps4 console.the last person it shows is from a month a go and i can not send or receive messages

It could be a faulty PS4 if it's under guarantee take it back to the shop you bought it from & get a replacement

Save all your game data to the cloud service or whatever its called and do a factory reset!! My friend had the same problem and that's what he did and it worked for him. He didn't wait a whole month, he did it like right after he noticed the problem but I am sure it will still work and if not then do what Smoggie said. It should still be under warranty so just take it to where you bought it and get it replaced.

I often have issues with messages loading really, really slowly, (to read) and the deleting of them as well. I thought this was a bug. I can send okay though

ive done that and nothing .it seems to be that its players i met online is not refreshing itself.but i can send messages to my freinds.may wait for update this week to see what happens

Same here. Only started a couple days ago for me though. I'll get notifications for new messages, but then I go to them it takes between 1-2 minutes for them to actually appear.
